Cosset Space provide Australia & International shipping
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING
Cosset Space ships to all destinations within Australia.
Please select standard shipping or express on checkout. For smaller items, you can choose to ship without tracking at a cheaper price.
All orders will be packed and shipped within 24 hours, or next business day.
Standard (Australia Post)
- Masks: Free
- Mirrors/Vase: Free
- Other items: $6 flat rate
- A tracking number will be provided (unless no tracking option is selected)
- Delivery is within 1-2 days for Sydney metro area and 2-5 days for other parts of Australia (subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances).
- Masks: $7 flat rate
- Mirrors/Vase: $10 flat rate
- Other items: $10 flat rate
- Next day delivery in Sydney metro, 1-3 days for other parts of Australia (subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances) .
- A tracking number will be provided.
We provide shipping worldwide, if you are outside Australia, please select the required shipping option.
- Depending on your location, international shipping rate starts from $16 AUD
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to appear
Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
We also are not responsible for lost or any issues due to an incorrect shipping address provided. If an order is returned to sender:
- We can refund the order minus the original shipping charge and return to sender fee
- We can resend the order, however the shipping charge will need to be paid again by customer prior to dispatch
INTERNATIONAL TAX & DUTIES
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
