RETURN POLICY

It is really important to us that you love your product as much as we do, and we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience with us is enjoyable, so you can rest assured and shop online at Cosset Space with confidence.

If you're not completely satisfied please email info@cossetspace.com.au within 14 days of purchase. To complete your return, please provide us with your order number and photos of the product you are not happy with.

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and we will provide you with the return, replacement or refund instructions.

RETURNS AND PROCESSING DELAYS

Once your return has been tracked as delivered. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing. Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

We do not accept returns on Sale items (this excludes full priced items purchased using a discount code)

Please submit your return request within 14 days of dispatch of your order. 

Our policy lasts 14 days after the items has been delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

POSTAGE FEE

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Items can not be returned or refunded if they have been used except for faulty items, or products damaged in transit.

Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
